GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The website https://savannah-bay.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is operated by SAVANNAH BAY GALLERY SAS, a company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 839 802 337 and identified for VAT purposes under number FR27839802337.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products available on the Site.
PRODUCTS
The products displayed on the Site are available for purchase while supplies last. Each product description includes its aesthetic and technical specifications. Product images are as accurate as possible, though slight variations may occur due to artisanal manufacturing processes.
In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to:
– Receive a full refund,
– Receive a replacement product of equivalent value,
– Or receive delivery of an item of equivalent quality (subject to availability).
ORDER
3.1 Account Creation
To place an order, the Client must create an account and provide accurate information. The Company cannot be held liable for any errors in data entry that may affect delivery.
3.2 Order Process
The Client selects products, adds them to their cart, provides delivery details, accepts these Terms, and confirms payment.
Once the order is placed and payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. The sale becomes final at that stage.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
– An existing dispute with the Client,
– Abnormal or abusive orders,
– Suspected fraud.
PRICING & PAYMENT
4.1 Pricing
All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Shipping fees are specified at the time of order.
4.2 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include:
– Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB)
– PayPal
– Bank transfer
– Bank check (France only)
All transactions are secured via Stripe. Payment is debited within one (1) business day after order confirmation.
DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Terms
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Client. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from input errors.
5.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided to the Client at the time of order. These are indicative and may vary due to logistical constraints.
5.3 Receipt and Claims
The Client must inspect the condition of the goods upon delivery and, in the case of damage, clearly indicate handwritten reservations on the carrier’s delivery note. Any claim must be made within 3 business days following receipt of the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & WARRANTIES
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal (excluding customized or made-to-order products). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
6.2 Legal Warranties
The Client benefits from legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, as provided by French law.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The information collected is retained in compliance with the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All elements of the Site are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, the performance of the Company’s obligations may be suspended.
APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the Company’s registered office. For sales to Clients located outside of France, French law shall remain applicable, and exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the courts of the Company’s registered office.
